This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Altair GEC and you with your use of altair-gec.com. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or any part thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, INDIA. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of altair-gec.com shall be filed only in the Mumbai High Court of Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA and you agree to submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
Altair GEC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement are effective when notice of such change is posted. You agree and acknowledge that your continued use of altair-gec.com following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Altair GEC may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of altair-gec.com and the availability of any features of altair-gec.com , at anytime. Altair GEC may also impose restrictions on use of certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of altair-gec.com without incurring any liability to you. Altair GEC may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials and copies of altair-gec.com.
